Time to invest in the Internet media, we must know well about each and what benefits we bring. Then explain the different types of advertising in which we invest and a score to each one recommending or not.

Banners:
Banner ads are the most used for advertising on the Web. They are usually in the form of animated GIF or Flash multimedia format, where the former is only an image sequence is repeated and the second flight allows us more creative. The banners can appear in any size and in any sector of a website.

This format allows you to click on it, the user is automatically directed to the site associated with the message.

Although until a time the surveys showed that users felt annoyed by this form of advertising, today this trend is beginning to be reversed, since sailors are used to them in addition to sites that provide these advertisements have increased control and rigor of their inclusion, establishing some guidelines on the format of the file as weight, if they have borders or not, colors and even go through a human control to review and then publish.

Another feature of the banners of remembrance based on studies of a single exposure in front of one of these is about 12%, compared favorably with an ad on TV that is 10%.

Rating: Highly Recommended.
Popups:
Undoubtedly popups reached number one in teasing sailors. There are two types of popups, pop-ups that are loaded when you open or close a site and built windows that are the first you have to see a full page ad and after a few seconds redirects to the page you asked to see (this idea was taken from television, where you should see a commercial before watching the program).

Like banners, popups have the option to include a link in it, or to open directly from our site.

It may be that through this form of advertising we get attention and be seen without a doubt, but not the same when one is famous for good than bad.

Rating: Not recommended.
Email:
The email communication is advantageous only if it knows how to use. Unlike other media, using the e-mail messages have the potential to be delivered in a unique, one at a time.

Many companies send mail compulsively (called spam), which makes that block future emails from them and have an attitude of total rejection. The best in these cases is that we send considerable promotional and special occasions and, even better, users have agreed to receive these messages (permission marketing). However, there is a law that every email message must include a caption like “This is a promotional message. If you do not wish to receive please remove from here (link to a method to unsubscribe). “

To take into account, some advertisers are turning e-mail message to some traditional strategies humor to make your messages more palatable and interesting.

Rating: Highly Recommended.
Video and audio ads:
The video and audio ads in motion, require an initial click to play. This is a great disadvantage, yet it is reversed, and that once made the user click the animation look carefully.

The future of Internet advertising type of bandwidth depends delivered by ISPs and creativity working hard on this new way of delivering messages. Look at a time and analyze what happens.

In this chapter we highlight: “Why close our ears to the complaints when we take what people said to strengthen the business and the entire customer experience? The ability to act positively on any criticism is a crucial leadership skill. “

When you have so many ideas related to business, you have to filter them and find the one that you really need. For example, suppose that you own a convenience store and you are more than ready to do some expansions. Related to expansion, there will be so many things you can do, such as to open a brand new store, put more products, and also change the layout of your store.

Between those things related to your store expansion, perhaps you can choose the layout and design as your first start. Changing a layout is not an easy thing because in a convenience store, you have to put every item based on a specific category. Same thing happens when you want to change the shelves, because you need a perfect collection of display shelves that match your business concept.

But, all of these complicated things can be simplified if you know the right place that provides all the items you need. For that, Pan Oston store makes a real good choice when you want to find custom shelves in convenience and grocery store. From here, you can choose your display shelves based on materials and colors. As for materials, there are wood and metal based shelves, and as for the color, there are so many types and choices you can choose personally.

Check out these tips from McDaniel (Owner of BKM webdesign company) to attract customers by Twitter.

1. Stop making marketing
A good way to cancel on Twitter is to bomb their followers with self-promotion and attempts to promote yourself, your product, your blog or anything else you want to disclose. This only makes people stop following him. And without followers, you will not achieve anything.

2. Begin to get involved
Some people use Twitter to find information, other personal things to share and interact with more people, and some people use the tool as a platform.

McDaniel tries to balance its content to all these people. He says do what it can to provide useful information, sharing interesting and informative articles to read, listen to what other people say and share it with your own interests, and spend some time getting to know other tweeters interacting with their lives and sharing things about himself. In summary, McDaniel treats others on Twitter as it would like to be treated.

3. Continue helping
One of the main reasons I have got clients for Twitter is because someone said in the microblog, as I have helped you. The word of mouth is the best chance to attract customers. If you trust someone who convinces you that you can rely on certain company, is already a big step in consolidating a business. Find ways to help people and they will recommend you to their followers on Twitter.

A few years back I was sitting in a lecture in which a man who had developed a very successful business selling products around the world gave us his 3 key points for success in the workplace. Although his points somewhat challenge traditional thinking, remember that he was successful by living this formula. Here are his three key steps to succeed with my thoughts:

1. What a unique concept! When most of us create a business plan, we divide the population and the rest on our laurels! The man was in favor of seeing the players who should be and measure ownership based on how much the value of individuals contributed.

Although this tactic may be okay if you are self-financing of the company, there are dangers in this strategy that you will want to be aware of. Do you think you have a good relationship with the people you are in business. There is nothing that someone else worth. You may not see eye to eye when it comes down to allocating equity. I have used this principle even to a certain extent. I prefer to let a company get together before sharing ownership up. I’ve had too many partners fall off prematurely or not display the talents, contacts and engage those professed to have.

2. Normally, I will argue for outsourcing so much of the production, distribution and operation as possible. It allows for additional flexibility and allows contractors to scale rapidly in both forward and backward. Successful businessman thinking was that you should generate revenues of as many points as possible particularly in early stages. If you rent, you are outsourcing the surplus.

I see a lot of insight into his thinking. He illustrated this well. He owned a small manufacturing plant and did everything to the screen printing their own t-shirts. He told our group that he was tired of his current company, and wanted to do something else, but that the pay was good. And well it $ 20,000 personal income in the month.

3. This advice is true gem. A large number of new companies focus on product development and lose sight of creating money and create profitable transactions. Business man was the idea to create product, in the basement if you must, then sell it for more than it cost you to build. His successful business operated out of his house for many years before he began renting commercial facilities.

I have observed the companies that I have started this way, risk-free heights of profitability.

By the end of the lecture, I threw up the paper and stuffed it in his pocket. I came to the conclusion that this guy’s recipe for success, although I may not agree with that whole philosophy, was certainly working for him.

When you start to cut expenses, to thoroughly analyze their consumption decisions on all sides will find opposition.

From their closest relatives to his closest friends, everyone feels entitled to comment on their new behavior.

Many even dare to say that you are a mean and miserable. Others simply branded as antisocial by the fact that you flatly refuse to participate in any of the inventions that normally take family and friends, which involve expenditure. It is not easy.

Not only must we prepare to increase our revenue, reduce our costs and invest wisely over, we must prepare to deal with an environment that virtually precludes our new way of thinking and acting.

Remember that the success of the rich lies in attitude. Many people have to believe that the status of a person consumes is measured by how, for how it spends. Pure commonplace.

When you begin a serious interest in their personal finances, you will quickly conclude a person who is a compulsive consumer that lives in debt or debt that is irresponsible is wasting what you do not cost nothing to build or create.

It is probably an heir or won the lottery. Most likely someone who lives beyond their limits, that is the brink of financial collapse.

It is a matter of months remaining, virtually destitute. Examples abound in the lives of celebrities and famous sportsmen.

If you decide to change their economic status improved, not only have to make adjustments in relation to inflows and outflows of cash, but must have a consumer attitude, which often clash with those of friends and family .

The year 2010 is over and there are many companies that at this time prepare the end of year party and of course, many employees who mess up in these farewell parties. What at first may be an opportunity to socialize with peers and leaders, may end badly for you if you do not take care of mistakes that can cost quite expensive.

According to a survey conducted in USA, where everything measured, reported that 15% of people who attend these events have damaged his professional growth within the company because of mistakes made during the celebration of the feast end of the year.

Here is a list of which are the most frequent errors, which should be avoided in order not to harm professionally or personally.

1. Excessive drinking. Needless to say it. You fail just be able to lose control, but it is very likely to make a fool of and that also celebrated with laughter.

Many companies familiar with that alcohol can trigger unpleasant situations, limit consumption.

But if you are a healthy adult, no one should be in control, so that:

• Limit consumption of alcoholic beverages to a maximum of two

• Avoid mixing drinks

• Drink coffee, tea, soft drinks and water

2. Overeating. Care and will not catch him eating like a barbarian, choking with her hands full with drinks and canapés and trying to introduce his boss’s wife.

Clear that a party that respects no food, but you should not forget that the whole world is watching everyone, so do not forget the label and feed poorly, moderately and tidy if that’s possible.

Dispose of your table chopsticks, napkins, cups used, etc.

3. Talking too much. Remember it is a party not a business meeting. So it is best to circulate and do not try to grab the company president, his immediate supervisor or any person holding power of the company.

That means you should move and talk with everyone, say hello and not to spend more than 15 minutes with a person or group.

Avoid discussing issues of work to do and less demand raise or special privileges. Careful with that.

4. Complain too much. Remember it is a party to share the achievements of the company, not to complain about this or that particular situation that affects you.

That is frowned upon, so try to be confined to general topics, neutral, do not discuss politics, religion or sex.

Anyone can feel offended and that is not his intention.

5. Absent. Do not play live and then fly low, greets the chief, the president of the company with some colleagues and poof, it disappears within half an hour.

Know this: attendance at this event is mandatory, although nobody says it. If you have an important place, virtually you are a host, so it does not look good leaving the guests alone.

Employees must be aware that their bosses are watching how long they stay and interact with others.

6. Be careful what you put. Especially the ladies. There are many stories of employees, usually demure and well behaved to be displayed at the party wearing exaggerated necklines, evening gowns out of tune and endless nonsense that you can garner the taunts of his classmates.

Try to dress like a job interview, but at night or afternoon, depending on the time and place where you make the party.

7. Preferably alone. Do not take your girlfriend, boyfriend or even a spouse to such events. They have nothing to do with their working environment and so you will not be exposed to a mishap that can not control.

Many organizations limit the invitation to a single person: you.

8. Stay chatting with a coworker just overnight. Big mistake. For if you do not know, the holidays are to socialize, to interact.

Stay talking to one or a small group of colleagues, all night can be something frowned upon.

Remember this, the parties are companies that, corporate parties and you are being evaluated at that time by his superiors as coworkers.

Do not lose the compass, behave and have fun. Greetings

1. Highlight your product. Low prices and excellent service do not ensure competitiveness. Discover and define what your product or service is different and promote the difference.

This idea must be very clear to you and all your team must be prepared to convey that message to all its customers.

2. Look for more credit. More credit can breathe new life to your cash flow, which will facilitate investment in the actions suggested in the preceding paragraphs.

To do this keep accounts up to date, the papers in order, all neat to avoid problems when applying for a credit line in any entity that you want.

3. Encourage your team. Think of motivational strategies to their employees as a bonus plan or prizes. That will make the team focus on results.

Another strategy is the policy of “open book.” When employees are well informed and feel included in internal communication, teamwork is much easier.

4. Do not sail alone. Working with partners that target the same audience as yours, but offering different products or services can be a very effective marketing strategy.

They already have information that will be invaluable to you when you go to put into practice its plan for marketing or sales.
