Money is the indicator that deserves constant measurement (daily, in the limit) and includes phases of budgeting and reporting. The time control allows the assessment of priorities. And control of distribution requires consistency.

2. Find a niche, establishing business in a competitive position and distinctive, which guarantees room to practice the “price”.

Preparing a Business

Preparing a business went quite smoothly. It did not change much. We have a whole evening to discuss the franchise structure and also we have contacted a solicitor and an accountant. Olof knew me well, I knew I could work with him. He has written and cents, I am of the great lines and ideas. I’m at least not dare dream that the company now, after three years, although some size would have.

What was disappointing was that the first year we have turned a loss. There were more expensive than we had budgeted. It is difficult to focus the budget to put down, I still find it difficult to assess the costs and benefits properly weigh. What I liked most favorable to their own business think, is that I do not need to make accountable to management. If the sale of a farm does not go ahead, I had previously explained from start to finish. While I now believe: that sales are still a few months now. It’s me better than expected so that customers have responded positively to the name change. The move to Tynaarlo has been a good move. Farmers know to find us, they often come along for a coffee drink.

Other tips for starters? If you feel that you’re an entrepreneur, offer each market opportunities. Get out of your own power and grab opportunities. “
